I don't understand what that means

 

Do you want to switch your spear and staff skills?

Steel Spears had the stats Steel Staff should have had so you have the option to switch those skills once.

Do you wish to switch your Staff skill with your Long Spear skill?

 

 

What does it do?

sounds like you have skills in staff that you got by using a spear but now that has changed and the spear has a new skill set so you are given the chance to switch over the skills you have now in staff over to the new spear skill set.  

 

 

If you are unsure might be best to use /support in-game

You have a one-off chance to swap Your Staff skill with Your Long Spear skill due to the two weapons skill codes were using each others code apparently.

 

Before swap (Pole-arms skill from my priests): 

Polearms: 12.310455 

       Staff: 23.207636 

 

After swap:

Polearms: 12.310455 

      Long spear: 23.207636

      Staff: 1.0 

 

My priest didn't even know the Long Spear skill yet either
