Concrete doesnt pierce through dirt anymore like it used to, it only works when all 4 tiles are rock.That means if u pass over 26 slope on rock, u cannot make it flatter with dirt anymore.I hope this is a bug, because if not, then concrete has no good use on surface anymore. If I had bought 10.000 concrete few weeks ago, id have to throw it all away now.
