Posted February 8, 2014 (edited) After careful consideration, if the mend spell casted on the 2nd whetstone, the quality will dropped tremendously. The whetstone will be at about 73 to 80 after cast. I'll give you 3s for it because of the poor condition. When using a heavily damaged item, the damage increase dramatically over time of usage. In this case, after 100 usage, the damage will compound so much that it may reach 50's damage before you know it. It is better to pay 4s on a fully repair/maintain whetstone as oppose to the badly damaged whetstone. FYI! Maybe insulting someone's post is not a good form of business. Posted February 8, 2014 (edited) I bid 4s on the coc stone. #2 Just wanted to say using Mend takes 20damage at the cost of 2QL. Even fully repaired it would be 81ql still and assuming it's at 101 CoC the WoA could be removed and it'd be a great whetstone for skilling with. 101 CoC = 5s by itself so it's a good deal regardless. Edit: just to be clear, please post the examine of the stone.
