Is my account deleted?

Hello

 

I haven't been playing Wurm since summer, i visited wurm about month/two ago. I had bought a Premium and i was in Pristine server. Has there been a reset or what it's about? None of my passwords doesn't work and sadly i do not remember my secret answer. I get on connecting Connection denied: <Password incorrect. Please try again or create a new player with different name than Laamatynnyri.> Trying again in xxx seconds....

if your account was premium it wasnt deleted

Might be that you mistyped something on your password :S

If you didnt have too big skills, you can always start your journey from beginning with a new account.

Even just a little bit of premium means the account will never be deleted (unless Rolf really, really needs the space... unlikely).

 

Personal example was an old priest char I hadnt activated for a couple of maps. Fired him up four-five years later with no problem.

For the content you describe, I'm not quite sure, but the question we should be able to query through the network, I think so you can get more possible answers. My main CPU crashed on me and I had dig up my backup system to continue playing on my 2 accounts. I was able to log into the 2nd account on Independance a few times after the crash but not today. I have tried to reset the password but I never get the reset email request sent to me. It says <unknown email>.

 

I can log on to Release with no problem. My higher level toon is on Independance. I am not sure what I did to mess this up.

Thanks. I think I located the issue. On this old system I still run Vista. In both Admin and User mode. When I logged back in under User mode with the second acct. I had no issue. Under Admin, the same password was declined.

Hello. I have a new system with Windows 7 and can not recall my password to access the game. I tried the change email newemail password option but nothing changed. As before, my toon is on Independance. =)

 

My back up system is fried =/
