Wait, you're telling me there's people in the U.S. with no credit card? Hogwash! I know cats with credit cards. I've been approved for American credit cards, and I live in Canada. You can even buy a pre-paid credit card at 7-11. Probably Walmart too heh.

Anyhow, I'm sure some people will still find this useful. But don't prepaid credit cards from stores work? 


Paying with credit card is cheaper than paypal. (In Canada, anyway)
