Posted February 5, 2014 [00:25:35] It is a tough bugger. It can carry more than average. It is unusually strong willed. It looks feeble and unhealthy. It looks unusually strong and healthy. It has been bred in captivity. Maybe make those 1 or the other? Waste of 2 trait slots to have both if they just negate each other.

Posted February 5, 2014 There are others that contradict as well. "It is unusually strong and healthy""It has some illness" I've learned to be careful what you wish for as there is more than one way to fix the issue.... Probably safer just to use a Fo priest and deal with the situation yourself while we still have "unusually strong and healthy".
Posted February 5, 2014 lol how did you get CA? You are wrong, illness is not contradictory to strong and healthy, only feeble and unhealthy is. (in effect) And in my case I won't be killing it because I'm not breeding for quality. it's a suggestion to make the game better, I'm not asking for your assistance or consoling. So take your assumptions back to serenity or something.

Posted February 5, 2014 You are wrong, illness is not contradictory to strong and healthy, only feeble and unhealthy is. (in effect) Actually I'm not - at least anymore than you are. Whatever their names are traits are simply positive or negative influences on an animal - usually affecting it's speed, but in the case of some illness possibly making it completely unrideable. Each named trait simply has a mathematical input on the overall calculation. Removing any trait will either buff breeding possibilities, or nerf them. As removing "unusually strong and healthy" would actually cap the maximum attainable speed gain I personally don't think many would be pleased with that outcome. Removing one of the negative possibilities simply because the names are similar would just effectively increase the chances for perfect horses - a major buff. Maybe rename it or something, but change anything in the math? No thanks. -1 (tip: it's entirely possible to discuss stuff without resorting to personal crap)
Posted February 6, 2014 I don't think it was meant that one or the other be removed from existing. I think it was make it so that they can not appear together on the same horse. Since one is meant to make the horse catch disease more often, and the other is meant to make the horse catch disease less frequently. Which is a contradiction. There are other good or bad traits that can fill the spot, keeping the balance of what was supposed to be. It's not simply that the names are similar.
