Allow Windows to Popout of Main Game Client Window

Hopefully I will explain this right.... I would like to see the client let me pop out windows, and them move them outside the main game client window. This would let me put various things onto a seperate monitor while maintaining full field of view ingame.

Neat idea, can't say I'd use it personally as I have 2 clients running on 2 monitors.. I'm seriously contemplating adding a third as it stands.  Running 3-4 clients gets messy, I can't say I'd use this feature you're suggesting as I'd end up getting inventory windows confused.

Would only help macroers, you can always change screen resolution and resize windows, i think that's enough.

I can see a lot of people popping their event window, while they do other things on their single screen, keeping it up in one corner and listening for fight sounds.
