Posted January 25, 2014 (edited) I knew that crate and wagon were being developes. I just want to nudge and remind Devs that crate and wagon matters. It helps the Wurm economy and training of important items including stone brick. And, thank you, Alec, I was curious to know when it will come out. I will keep that information handy. Posted January 26, 2014 First, bridges are already pushed back. Second, devs know wagons and crates matter, and they are coming in the next big patch. As for storage of the wagon compared to the cart, it looks to be much, much bigger. But crates 4x the size of a bsb? Good lord I hope not. Considering a wagon will likely be able to hold a number of crates, let's say that it was 6 small crates (even though I suspect this number will be much higher), that would give you a storage of 20,472 stone shards, or around 60,000 stone bricks. Compared to a current large cart holding 325 stone shards, or about 728 stone bricks (in rafts), No. I don't think wagons should be able to carry over double what a knarr can hold (in stone shards). Also, being able to store crates in carts kinda defeats the purpose of wagons, since you have to load them, and loading will be a wagon/boat feature (afaik).
