I recently resub'd an alt with 6months premium and 20s coins in game via PayPal.

I'm not seeing that option on another alt.

Can you add these options back please?

 

Also, I tried to purchase in game currency with a credit card through your new payment service and it was declined with no information why.

The card is in good standing with no negative marks and has been active for many years.

 

I've played Wurm Online for over 7 years now.

The payment process should be much easier by now.

 

• Unified log in with easy access to all alts associated with the account.
  
• Ability to easily purchase premium time or in game currently in varying amounts.
  
• Single application launcher/portal to all game environments (Stable, Unstable, and Test) with automatic updates.
  

 

Please make it easier for me to give you my money.

Hmm well, it's been said shop options are limited for newer characters in case of fraudulent payments. Naturally it'd be nice to have more options.

+1 For improved login client. About time to integrate the shop there, too?

The higher packages are not meant to be there if you are currently not prem. I think its really silly but  if you are not prem there is only a few options.
I think this should be changed.

Its not so much the credit worthiness of the card. There have been past issues with some kid taking Daddy's card and going to town with it. One occurence I heard of a few years ago racked up over a couple grand in US dollars over some weeks.

 

Course the cardholders were not happy, and I heard it was quite the hassle for them and Rolf. As a result the more expensive options are usually reserved until theres a past of reliable payments to Wurm.

 

Overall any payment issues, such as cards being declined, are best handled by Rolf directly, and hopefully he will be able to get to you shortly. Failing that theres also the head GM Enki who can be respectively pmed through the forums or emailed @wurmonline.com

This is not the case however. I have been premium for 6+ months, and I have prepurchased premium about 6 months ahead. Between that, I have made many coin purchases, yet, when I want to buy larger amounts, I am still limited to 10 at a time, which (as you remember in my post about this), is not an option. 

 

I agree with curbing fraud and stopping the kids from pillaging the credit cards, but damn....
