Deed

Recommended Posts

If i buy a deed from a player for 10s, than ill get the deed letter, right?

But can i close the existing deed and found a new one somewhere and do i get the worth of 10s then? so if i create this new one for 3s, is 7s put in the bank?

or isnt it possible to close a deed and found a new one with the same deed-letter?

No, when you disband a deed you won't get the form back, but you get the remaining upkeep back (you always get at least 5s).

Easier to buy a fresh form from trader if you will just end up disbanding.

When manually disbanding a deed you get a refund from 2 parts:

1. Any upkeep over 5s, so if you had 7s in upkeep, you would get 2s back.

2. 5s from the King.

imo the whole wording of this is overcomplicated.. we could just say full refund of coffer, or 5s if the coffer is below 5s. :X

Nope, the remaining money will go straight into new deed's upkeep.

You should think of it as upkeep. Disbanding the deed is the only way retrieve upkeep funds.

Manual disband by the player refunds 5s + any upkeep in excess of 5s into the mayor's bank.

Automatic disband by the server (the deed ran out of upkeep) gives nothing.
