Failed to Connect to the New Game Server

Not sure if this error is just me or what, I saw no downtime messages and the login shows as all servers up but when I attempt I get "Network error: Failed to connect to the new game server".

Login server is Up, only Pristine and Celebration are affected, this crash happened a few minutes ago

We've notified the devs of the servers being down. Unfortunately today may have slower response times than normal thanks to it being the New Year, although hopefully the servers will be back up soon. I cannot say whether or not sleep bonus will be rewarded but it normally is for crashes of this nature. Thanks for your patience!

The servers seemed to be back up for a moment then but they're still having some issues. We're working on it!

Yes cold wash cloth for their head in one hand and the other hand feeling around for what used to be a normal sized head. Man the servers seem aweful loud today for some reason.

 

I was in got DC'ed Pristine can't get back in just sits at connecting to server. Someone get that dev a good hangover remedy. Please

Looks like servers are up but i never connect.. get loading message forever then a "Network Error ,<An Existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host>tyying again in 300 seconds

 

 

Any ETA when we might be able to play? looks like people are on the server
