Is your Trader a public one?  or is it "locked" up in a building? If "locked" up, what size is that building that it's in?

I think he means negative ratio, that can happen when someone buy that name change paper some month ago...?

They can get negative silver too, if someone sells back a trader item they just bought.

 

Generally, it's the player's responsibility to fix that.

 

I've been trying to recreate that on test without success.  They don't buy back may of the trader only items, and those they will, they need the coins on-hand or will refuse to buyback.

 

I've been unable to force a test trader to have negative silver.

Okay - I have a confirmed situation that causes this (on test)

1. I summoned a trader form and a settlement form
   
2. I planted the trader
   
3. I verified she had 1 silver
   
4. I "bought" 2 shaker orbs in exchange the for the Settlement form
   
5. Checked the silver ... [13:56:15] Trader_Vesper test says, 'I only have -65000 and can't buy anything right now.'
   

So ... Don't buy trader-only items with other trader-only items.

 

This can be fixed ... I bought a Trader form for 50s, and she then reported [14:01:22] Trader_Vesper test says, 'I have 6s.'  Keeping their ratio up to 10% would also fix this over time as coin is delivered from the king, but that may take a few months.

don't think u can buy trader-only items with anything else than silver.

 and negative ratio happends if u drain the trader after a reset  and don't buy back anything.

Apparently the form can be sold back, even if they don't take the other items
