1 Door Of My House Will Not Open.

Recommended Posts

I made a 1 tile stone house with 2 stone double doors. On both i attached a lock.. now i can get trough 1 door, but the other one will not open.

I can even change the lock on the door that will not open, is this a bug ?

you have the house writ?

sounds like a bug if you do.

Also is it inside deed, or inside someone's perimeter or deed?

you can try to move away from your house and try again, or write /lotime and log out for the time that you see in event message

Try giving the writ to your friend. Have them add you to the writ, then give the writ back to you.

maybe it was just lag... doors won't open if you are being hit by a sudden lag spike... I've been trapped in my house for a good while before thanks to lag...

Or the fun one where the game lags, and allows you to ride a Large Cart through a single door which would be impossible under normal circumstances. The the game catches back up but does not eject you from the building, and now you have a loaded Large Cart in a house with no other way to get it out except to unhitch and move items then cart by hand...
