Items can be picked up at Celebration - Metallic Harbour(x39  y5 on Tpikol's Map)

Can be delivered(or if items can be COD'ed if you want will COD them)

You pay for Delivery/COD.(Delivery - 10c + 25c per half server / COD - 10c per item on Celebration, 20c per item on others.)
