Ocean Deed With Room To Spare Looking For A Couple Of Players

I have a 33x27 deed (Malibu Bay) https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/4715727/releaseatram.png to myself on the eastern edge of the map. There is plenty of room to build on deed, and room off deed if you decide to go out on your own at a later date. I am based in the Central US, and generally play in the evenings, between 6 and midnight CDT. I am part of a somewhat regional alliance, with 4-6 fairly active players.
