Posted August 8, 2013 ive seen it to but i dont think its a bug. i think its just sometimes for some reason you gain a skill and the trackerdoesnt add it fast enough, and since you now have less than the total it shows red for a milisecond. just what i think. because it still shows gains in the skill.
