Posted August 7, 2013 Snipe protection doesn't just mean that the auction ends 1 hour earlier. What's the point in that? It means that if there is another bid in the last hour, that the previous highest bidder (and anyone else) would have another hour to outbid if they wanted. Surely that's the intended function of it.
