Posted June 30, 2013 I currently have this building: xxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxx And i want to extent it to: xxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxx xxx xxx xxx xxx xxx But all i can do is: xxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxx xx I get the Error "You are not skilled enough in carpentry to extend your house in that direction." when i try to add the third tile to the extension I have 78 Carpentry and the finished extension needs 73 What is stopping me adding more the the extension??? Posted June 30, 2013 Probably need to finish the new walls you just planned in order to expand even further. You can only expand when bottom floor walls are finished. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Posted July 1, 2013 well i have completed all the outer walls of the 2 new tiles i added to my building and STILL i get "You are not skilled enough in carpentry to extend your house in that direction."When trying to add more..Also it too windy to use the beds also... i think is just more skill needed... and remove inner walls since they count skill too 2 inner walls should not have that BIG effect on the skill needed... Posted July 1, 2013 currently if i were to build this structure from scratch i would need Carp skill 53. I have 78, this completed Building as i want it would be 73but i can not add any more as it erroring with [06:15:44] You are not skilled enough in carpentry to extend your house in that direction. On the three tiles i already added to. also i can go to another side and add 2 more tiles,but on a side that has Arches i get error, [06:15:20] A fence already exists there.
