[15:06:34] A small but heavy metal anvil. This is a very rare and interesting version of the item. The small anvil has some dents that must be flattened by a hammer.

[15:06:34] You can barely make out the signature of its maker,  'Kaet.'.

[15:06:34] Wind of ages has been cast on it, so it will be quicker to use. [70]

[15:06:34] Circle of Cunning has been cast on it, so it will increase skill gained with it when used. [97]
