Posted June 20, 2013 I know when I start a guard tower it says I must be on a flat tile to start it, but can you complete a guard tower on a nonflat tile? It allows me to continue building it, but I don't want to get to the end and find out that the tile needs to be flat to continue >.< Anyone know if it must be on flat ground? Posted June 20, 2013 (edited) you can modify the ground after you placed the guard tower, it wont stop you from dropping dirt/digging on the tile. Edited June 20, 2013 by silakka
Posted June 20, 2013 you can modify the ground after you placed the guard tower, it wont stop you from dropping dirt/digging on the tile. But will it prevent me from completing the tower if the ground isn't flat? I took the unfinished guard tower into some slopy terrain and it'd be a pain to flatten it. Posted June 20, 2013 ive never seen guard towers on non-flat tilesId recommend to finish it on a flat spot, so you can improve it easily if needed.
