I like to sell cheap, and when I sell cheap people are more happy becouse they get something by paying less

Building ships is like hobby for me, and selling ships will be like bonus.

They can sell at whatever price they want.  If they were flooding the market that would be different.  =)

One shipbuilder can't destroy whole market. If he wish to sell it cheap, then he can, I don't really think that he can realise orders for ships from every player.

In addition, it's just one ship, and there's about 5000 active players. Even if he will start making ships at lower prices, then you'll have to adapt to his prices, not he to yours.
