[Cele] Hillbilly Hermitage

Recommended Posts

Hillbilly Hermitage is currently closed for new villagers

See below for further details.

Hillbilly Hermitage is located in the SW parts of Celebration, more precisely located at X28Y45 on this map; http://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/58265747/celebration%20map.jpg

What we are looking for in a new villager:

A mature, active and independent villager, with some experience in the game. Preferably EU based.

We don't want to limit people to one type of proffesion, we encourage people to do whatever the like and enjoy in the game.

Mature - this isn't based purely on age, but more on behaviour.

Active - Doesn't mean 24/7, but 3-5 days a week would be preferred.

Independent - This means you can find stuff to keep you occupied and don't need to get task handed to you every 5 min. ;)

Experience - Fresh out of the tutorial? You might need to look for some of the deeds that are focused on helping new players.

EU based - This is purely so we are roughly online at the same time, which makes the village/deed seem less dead.

What can Hillbilly Hermitage offer:

A great place to call home, and the opportunity to be a part of a very unique deed. We're part of a great alliance with a great number of awesome deeds and very helpful people.

The more practical stuff;

There are a number of various sized houses/yards to choose from, see pictures to see what currently is available.

We have some ongoing projects you can be a part off, if you feel like it. There's no pressure to join in, but it would be appreciated.

Located right on the highway connecting it to the steppe for great hunting, and also to the rest of the map if you're the travelling/trading type.

We have access too Iron, lead, silver, copper and marble either on deed or deed adjacent.

~400 tiles of farming on extra deed, which can be arranged access too if you're the farming type.

Breeding animals is also possible, allthough in a more limited operation size.

Plenty of forest around deed for cutting and hunting (ranging from wildcats -> trolls)

On deed fishing spot, in the mine in case you don't want to hunt for meat or just want to relax by the water.

Very friendly and helpful village, where we try and help eachother out where it's possible.

We have an inn with 2 beds, open to the public. And just finished a large church, with 3 altars (fo, mag and vyn), also open to the public.

Rules you accept if you live here (yes unfortunately we do need some rules):

You respect the concept of yours, mine and ours.

If you're going to be away for an extended period of time you'll let the mayor know about this either ingame or via PM on forum. Extended period are usually 7+ days. If you've been gone for 14-21 days without notice, you may be removed from writ to the house you were living in. (your stuff will be stored in a safe spot for retrieval, should you come back)

After 1+ month you will be removed from deed all together, and your stored items will be distributed towards the deed and its villagers. In some cases they will be sold and used for deed upkeep.

For further details, questions etc. you can contact me via PM on forum or catch me ingame (same name as forum)

Below are some pictures of the deed and the current free spaces (marked with x):

2 houses planned, but not build yet. These houses will be located inside the 'main' part of the deed (Will only be built if the 'village' part is filled and more wants to live here) -
