I try to download it says 100% but I get error message can't copy graphics jar to graphics jar bak

Delete the graphics.jar file manually in the packs directory with the launcher closed and then start up the launcher/client again and it should work.

You also get this error if you download an update while having another client started. Shut down all clients and restart.
