Posted March 8, 2016 After exporting village plan to deedplanner: - slate slab floors and brick floors are replaced by wooden plank floors - slate slab left/right staircases are replaced with wooden plank floors - clockwise and counterclockwise staircases are replaced with wooden plank floors - wide staircases are replaced with wooden plank floors - standalone staircase is oriented south instead of west - mine entrance with silver mine door is replaced by grass - mine entrance without minedoor is replaced by wooden mine door - bridges are gone - hota statues, magic turrets, bell tower are gone Suggestions: - there could be whole perimeter visible - add lamps and tall kingdom banners - building 2 tile wide or more bridges always generate some bad elements despite of right choice on the bridge creation menu

Posted March 15, 2016 Hello, one big annoying thing. My deed plan, wich I made, in file got around 4 MB. When I start playing with bridges it growth to 12 MB. But noticed that after few more changes it growth to 40MB. Today opened a plan and file has 80MB size!! Only latest change I made was adding few two-story houses. Is there any error that multiplies each time I open it? It's very annoying couse now, opening the file takes very long.

Asked a friend Also who can see them find so I get its me I tried adding 10 tiles on all sides and yet only 3 sides expand eve maximised and drug out fill size of my screen there still mia. Posted March 15, 2016 Checked the file and removed all bridge data, now file has 418kb, so there were almost 80MB bridge data. Got around 27 bridges on plan.

Posted March 27, 2016 So, can anyone confirm that bridges in deedplanner don't quite match up to what's seen in game? Trying to reproduce a bridge design from a screenshot and it is just not arcing high enough like my example. Also, when you create a bridge what are all the segments about? You can only hover the top row and you can highlight individual ones in the bottom row but it doesn't seem to do anything. Are we suppose to be able to select other pieces because if so it's not intuitive how to do so. Same with the "other data" numbers or whatever they are called at the bottom - I can't figure out what they actually accomplish. On top of all that, bridge parts don't get deleted when you undo them and also can't find a way to delete them. :/

Posted April 1, 2016 Just a friendly notice - DeedPlanner 2.6.0 will drop OpenGL 2.1 support completely and switch to OpenGL 3.3 - this is required step for many incoming optimizations and visual improvements impossible in older versions. For "average user" this means that you will need +/- 6 years old computer (and preferably not an Intel integrated GPU) to be able to run the program.

Posted April 23, 2016 have some requests!,nothing super crazy important or anything, I've photo shopped an image to show what i mean x) 1, add a quick pallet , customizable via shift+alt clicking or something 2, include a selected area paint mode, much like the "level area" command on the height tab, where you drag a bounding box to define the area 3. let the tile list resize extend further down based on window size, mine is 1920x1080 and there's a lot of room that could otherwise improve qol that is all for now TY [\spoiler]
Posted April 23, 2016 When you place a banner it throws an error and only shows as a white banner also when/if you look into this it would be nice to have the tall ones added in too. (the other guard towers would be nice addition too)
Posted April 24, 2016 I love this program. Thank you for devoting your time on it. I have an non critical suggestion though, that I don't know if it came up again (74 pages is a lot to read). Right now the export function, saves the deed and 1 tile around it. I think it would be great if it exported the deed plus its active perimeter. It would be great for planning our future expansions.

Posted April 25, 2016 (edited) The new version has issues some of the walls on my plan are not showing up right like plain stone double doors and barred walls. Also the wood bridge some if it looks strange too. On the walls it is like the outer skin is missing from it and you can see inside of the wall from the outside. Edit: It seems like if i do new walls on a new map it is fine but the saved map is bugged. Also the bridge interface is not working it is not showing the highlight then you click on a tile. (I will check out more stuff later but the new version has some issued for sure) JK tall banner issue with a bug report.. (Dragon HoTA too) Spoiler [2016-04-24 21:29:33] Error has occurred! Posted April 25, 2016 I can confirm Dragon HoTA is still bugged. Showed white in last version, black this time around. Also the wall issue and it also seems to be affecting roofs as well. It's as if the outer layer of the model isn't rendering so we are seeing the inside through on the outside if that makes sense. Roofs are showing inner support beams. Posted April 26, 2016 (edited) I wanted to add to this that when bridges get deleted/changed for height difference and saved when you load the map up again the bridge is back ghosted over where the changes are that you made on the new save. I also do not see a way to revert back to an older version so i am stuck with this now until it is fixed. Edit: I am at work today and the bridges coming back is also bugged on the 2.5.4 version because i had not updated my work pc to 2.5.5 yet. I think it might be better just to add a delete bridge thing much like the one for houses does. Using the height change was just a way i had discovered to delete a bridge but other then that i can not see any other way to get rid of a bridge. Now you can plan a new bridge and it will replace the older one but to just delete a bridge there is no way that i can see to do that. Posted April 28, 2016 I just realised that it is possible to export my deed into Deedplanner from my deed token. Excited isn't the word to describe my joy at not having to count tiles and do it all myself. So i exported, but I see this blue haze over the top of deed. From reading it seems that my deed is at the wrong height? I played with adding height, but no idea what i'm doing really. Finally got it right. Deleted all trees so I could see more what I was doing. Then I started to try and put down new house floors and walls - won't do it. Not sure if it's because I played with heights in a haphazard fashion, having no idea how to do it really; OR it's because the ground isn't flat (which didn't seem to matter in older versions? or perhaps it's because this is an export?) OR there's a bug... As there's no instructions that I can find it's difficult to know how to go about fixing the height issue in the first place. Many thanks for any help you can offer to someone who is not familiar with the inner workings of this FABULOUS tool.
Posted April 28, 2016 To plan a house you need the area to be flat just like in the game.
