Wurm time moves in comparison to real time

I often rake my fields in the morning, before I go to (RL) work.

I go to work at pretty much the same time every day.

Some days, it is light when I rake, other days, it is dark.

However, Wurm time goes at a speed of 8 times normal time,

so, theoretically, daylight should always be the same at the same

time GMT.

Does wurm time change when the server goes down,

or is there some other explanation for changing daylight, like seasons?

Maybe, it is just my imagination.

I have noticed what you are talking about.

I do believe the normal maintenance server reboots change the timing an average of 30 minutes each, so in 2 maintenance cycles you have evening instead of morning.

When the servers go down for maintainence, the time in game is frozen.
