Posted March 18, 2013 (edited) I want to eventually create pages for all the kinds of trees (and bushes) with their own pictures. Right now it's a bit of a mess, especially with fruits and their trees in the same page.I want to update this article to link to all of the different pages for them (once they are done):http://wurmpedia.com/index.php/TreeThese pages need to be renamed as <WoodType>_tree with <WoodType> being redirected to their _tree page. Same applies for Bush, but with _bush instead of _tree. Pictures of each tree need to be added. Pictures of the wood when on a barrel can be added here too.http://wurmpedia.com/index.php/Birchhttp://wurmpedia.com/index.php/Cedarhttp://wurmpedia.com/index.php/Maplehttp://wurmpedia.com/index.php/Oakhttp://wurmpedia.com/index.php/Pinehttp://wurmpedia.com/index.php/WillowThese pages need re-writing. Each of the fruits/flowers should have separate pages from their tree/bush. Pictures of the fruit/flower should be uploaded here.http://wurmpedia.com/index.php/Applehttp://wurmpedia.com/index.php/Cherryhttp://wurmpedia.com/index.php/Lemonhttp://wurmpedia.com/index.php/Olivehttp://wurmpedia.com...ex.php/Camelliahttp://wurmpedia.com/index.php/Grapehttp://wurmpedia.com...ex.php/Lavenderhttp://wurmpedia.com...ex.php/Oleanderhttp://wurmpedia.com/index.php/RoseThese pages need creating. Pictures of each tree need to be added. These should have a link to the fruit or flower they produce. Pictures of the wood when on a barrel can be added here too.http://wurmpedia.com....php/Apple_treehttp://wurmpedia.com...php/Cherry_treehttp://wurmpedia.com....php/Lemon_treehttp://wurmpedia.com....php/Olive_treehttp://wurmpedia.com...p/Camellia_bushhttp://wurmpedia.com....php/Grape_bushhttp://wurmpedia.com...p/Lavender_bushhttp://wurmpedia.com...p/Oleander_bushhttp://wurmpedia.com...x.php/Rose_bushhttp://wurmpedia.com....php/Thorn_bush (Non-Harvestable)I'd appreciate if someone can take pictures of each kind of tree and fruit and post them below. I'll upload each of the files in relation to their name (Birch_tree.jpg, or Apple.jpg).Red signifies not done. Green signifies done.I'll get to work on the pages as soon as the Wurmpedia stops crashing. Edited March 18, 2013 by Xallo

Posted March 18, 2013 Thanks for the Maple picture. I uploaded that, but apparently the Willow and a few others had pictures already. If you can get a better one later, that would be great. I started on the easier Trees, but I'll get to the Bushes tomorrow unless someone else does before me.
Posted March 20, 2013 (edited) Feel free to use my images from http://wurmpedia.com...ding#Wood_types as a second reference. Will update the http://wurmpedia.com...hp/Small_barrel page with separate images of each barrel in a bitEDIT: Updated to separate image. Both are now on http://wurmpedia.com/index.php/Wood#Type_of_wood and its clear to see that the look on a barrel is different that on a ship. I kinda like it being condensed into one image because you can still clearly see the differences between the wood types. And if you click on the image you can see it even more clearly.Filling up the page with individual images for each type doesn't really seem like a great idea, imo. Posted March 20, 2013 The barrel page looks disgusting. Can we please NOT have an image for every barrel. This one is enough, unless it needs updating, then go ahead and create one of each and re-take the picture.
Posted March 20, 2013 As it was asked for by the OP , I left the one where there are next to each other on there anywayYou misinterpreted what Xallo was asking for. He was asking for a picture of one small barrel relating to the wood type on each tree page.
Posted March 20, 2013 Ok, bugging me, on the barrel page for the separate barrels someone spelled 'yet' as 'jet'...
Posted March 20, 2013 Ok, bugging me, on the barrel page for the separate barrels someone spelled 'yet' as 'jet'...That table of images is removed for now, which had the typos. It really messed with the page formatting along with being redundant.
Posted March 21, 2013 (edited) What we need is a seperate image of an item that shows wood type (wether that is a barrel, food bin, whatever doesnt matter) for on the page of said tree, not the item's page. IE; the page on "lemon tree" would have an image of a lemon tree, along with some info, and at the bottom an image of a bulkbin made out of lemonwood, to show what the wood looks like when used from the tree the wiki page is about.
