Posted February 16, 2013 If you look at the recipes you are already making that take a long time, you will probly find some shortcuts. For instance, buying precut veggies, or meat that is cut up into smaller chunks so they cook faster. I have, also, been known to make use of bought pie crusts or using phyllo dough. Taking a standard roast and putting it in the slow cooker for one meal and using the remainder to make anything from tacos to enchilladas or stews. Anything really. Posted February 16, 2013 Anything that uses a slow cooker. Throw it in early in the day. Shouldn't take more then 10 minutes. Come back later and dinner is done.If you use premade curry paste curry is actually really easy to make.Rice cooker makes everything easier.Make big pots of stew, chili, or soup.
