Dang 50 silver is very tempting given that the trader alone is worth that, and the land value and upkeep (22s 94c+17s51c= 40s45c ) are also close to that.

Too bad I am already over extended, its just the sort of very remote rustic property that appeals to me. I might be interested in a deed swap for my Seahorse Bay setup on Deli if you wanted to chat about a trade, but I will otherwise assume you are looking for cash/silver only.

Wanted to say, 50e=50s if bought from the shop. If bought from other players, 50s is usually even cheaper. Unless I'm missing what you are trying to say entirely here.
