These little guys surrounded me in a half circle when I came up to hand feed then drop some grass for them lol.. Posted March 6, 2015 I decided to take a spontaneous trip to Desertion, mainly to see if my mental image of pvp servers (terraforming events all over the place, deeds in ruins, ganksquads, a general mess) was true in reality. I was quite impressed with how tidy everything looked, in many places it was even more civilised looking than freedom. Sure there was the occasional deeds that had obviously been raided and looked like someone dropped a nuke on them, but for the most part I really liked the setup of the server and the player creativity displayed in the building style of a lot of deeds. Some of the stuff was really inspirational compared to the style I'm used to seeing on freedom. Over on Affliction we have pretty structures but hardly any green grass surrounding them lol.... But I love the first pic! Raiders will come by and say, I can't raid this place... It's to pretty! The chasm was most likely a meteor =P but bridging that would be a great idea if you can work around the jagged landscape.
