Posted January 3, 2013 (edited) The wiki supports two types of pages; the fully formatted web pages, and the pages that are accessed from the Wurm client using the What's this? action. There are a couple of points to emphasis with regards to these special pages.Limited Formatting : The current ingame wiki viewer is extremely primitive. It does not display the actual page, but rather the raw wiki syntax text used in editing. Most importantly, this means no links are generated. It also means no images, templates, categories or text formatting. However, HTML URLs do allow the "Open in browser" option to be used. So please keep these ingame pages very "clean" so they look acceptable when accessed by the client. Note that your client caches the wiki pages, so you won't see your changes ingame right away.Maintenance : When updating a web page, it's always a good idea to check if there's an equivalent ingame page, and update that as well if required. The ingame pages are accessed through the use of Namespaces, as follows :Astrology - List of pages - Accessed from selecting the moons or sun.Creature - List of pages - Accessed from selecting mobs or NPCs.Item - List of pages - Accessed from selecting items on ground, in containers, or inventory.Player - List of pages - Accessed from selecting avatars.Religion - List of pages - Accessed from selecting Religion entries from Skills menu.Skills - List of pages - Accessed from selecting Skills or Characteristics entries from Skills menu.Structure - List of pages - Accessed from selecting fixed objects.Terrain - List of pages - Accessed from selecting tiles.Wound - List of pages - Accessed from selecting Wound entries from Body section of Inventory menu.Example :Web page : http://www.wurmpedia.com....php/Large_cartIngame page : http://www.wurmpedia.com...x.php/Item:CartNote that the ingame page is in the Item: name space, and there's just a single entry for carts that covers both sizes.
