Someone had made a deed and dumped sand on every tile then disbanded, thought I'd mention that just in case you wanted to update that there was a large sand pit in the tundra.

Kingsford will be a city the spreads from the water where we will have docks and a public fee free marketplace (first few stalls are in and a few merchants on the way). Up to a small castle around the token, and futher behind that will be our farmlands and an even larger castle at the top of the property.

It's currently under heavy construcion, much teraforming to be done and buildings to put up. Market place is the priority and will be functioning by the weekend. P.M. Sylena in game if you need help finding a stall.

Nm, I have been informed by my fellow villagers that I had the location of our deed wrong, so I am no longer sure of the exact location of the clay

New deed and roadworks in my area,

At AM 30 is my deed Responsible Woodcutters Inc. (feel free to shorten it to RWI as there aint a lot of space for the name)

Deed is a 15x15 (so homestead icon) and houses a Woodcutter/Finecarpenter (So the Carpenter icon will do)

The Academy has a working mailbox at its token (nice Cast on it too- Courier has been cast on it, so it seems to be possessed by something. [67])

Please add Hazard Heights to 05-Z. You can actually bump Port Smith up a bit to be closer to the landbridge there, but however you choose to fit it in there is fine. Technically Hazard Heights would be in the northeast corner of tile 05-Z.

Also, please color this deed orange as it belongs to the same alliance as the neighbors. Thanks.
