Wrong Icon Used After Smelting

So I made a smelting pot, threw it in my forge along with some garbage tools, waited for them to heat up and went about it.

After smelting an unfinished dredge scraping lip:

I also got an iron lump with a hammer icon after smelting down a hammer. The lumps were the correct ql and weight, and are functional like other lumps, they just use the wrong icon.

Well there are bugs that happen I would imagine and most likely be a one time thing. Unless it can be reproduced, then it would be in a different ballgame. I have a cool fsb on property that weighs 52.2kg. I had found it on a decaying deed

I think this is more of a server bug than a client bug, because I have never smelted anything and if I take out 100 lumps from my BSB some of them have improving icons and tool icons.

I have this bug without smelting anything.

I took out 50 lumps from my BSB and they have tool icons.

Then made those lumps into rivets and the bi-product (.02) lumps also have tool icons.
