I have a few questions...

1: Is the account the mayor of both deeds now?

2: What path is the account on and level? (seen it had 22 meditation)

3; I guess there is no traders on either deed?

No traders on either deed, however, the public trader next to Deed One could be made private. The deed that is covering that trader has been around since the beginning of the server and i have yet to see anyone put upkeep in it. Its bound to disband sooner or later.
