I don't have time for both of my deeds so I am seeing if there's any interest in this one. It's Elwynn Forest, L38 on the map, just a couple minutes south of Amish Paradise with two different roads traveling North/South to choose from, one on each side of the deed.

Some room for expansion. Size is 11 by 11, or 23 by 23 tiles, perimeter of 5 with one guard hired. 2s, 89c, 24i in the coffers at the time of writing this. 39 days, 8 hours, 27 minutes left. Monthly cost is 2s, 5c, and 80i.

The deed is essentially empty, other than a row of horse pens and a gravel/packed dirt path going through the center of the deed east/west. This deed is great if you want a quiet forest area but still close to water/dock and an active market for selling goods. Forest is mostly pine with a lot of olive and some maple trees. Minimal trees have been cut down on the deed.

They're full size so I don't want to clog the thread, but here's a couple. If you'd like more, please let me know. Not much to see other than the trees and land. Land is relatively flat. I have done ZERO terraforming.

Also, available monsters are spiders, bears, trolls, wolves, sometimes hell hounds. There is a troll mound on deed so you get a lot of them.
