Close : Password Request Chanange Does Not Follow Change Of E-Mail Address

I don't see a good place for web-site issues, so please move if this is the wrong forum.

I was handling a /support issue for a user who had forgotten their account password for the shop, and directed them to the Password reset link on the registration page.

They were unable to proceed, as there was no challenge question for the account.

I tried this with my account, and I also saw no question - however, I had changed the e-mail address associated with the account with the /changeemail command in-game. My original e-mail still had the original question.

Should the challenge question not be transferred to the new account e-mail address ?

Update: User found they were using the wrong e-mail address for their reset.

I entered the current e-mail address of your account and it shows the challenge question

Humm... I'll have to watch my next shop confirmation to see which e-mail it uses. Thanks for you in-game help Manny.
