Deeds Information:

The Island is located in the SE corner of Celebration and is only 1 of a very small number of similar islands on the entire freedom pve cluster (in terms of size and composition)

There are 3 deeds on the Island, a small deed on the south coast is NOT included but everything else is, including all the 1x1's and legal off-deed enclosures, it amounts to around 80-90% control of the Island giving alot of scope for deed expansions.

It has 2 main mines including gold, silver and good amounts of all other ores (except copper) from poor to utmost. Every tree type is on the island with good sources for possible tree farms, it also has around 40 horses (half of which are 1st and 2nd generation) and around 40 cows and bulls providing good sources of meat and leather.

There is a Steppes just off the NW coastline of the Island which is excellent for hunting and it would also be very easy to create a landbridge to the mainland.

Thats why Im asking for a price check, I know deeds like these are rare considering how few actual Islands like them exist, so I would only sell for right price. If I decide to sell I'll put them up for auction.
