I have a little over 5k dirt for sale at Root Hill Docks (31x 31y).

There are 7 BSBs, each with a minimum of 835 dirt; asking price is 70c per BSB.

Dirt is at waterside ready for collection by boat or cart. Keys to the BSBs are on the village merchant, so you can pay and collect anytime.
