Butchering On Deed

Would it be possible to make this a permission-based action? I'd like to be able to get maximum productivity from my guard. She's my primary source of food/pelts/etc.

I know many other deed owners would like to see this as well. My deed tends to get littered with corpses butchered with carving knives by passing new players who can't even pick up the loot.

On the same note:

If you DO allow butchering on deed, make it so that the items from a corpse can be picked up independent of the general item pick up permission.

1. Butchered goods should set the ownership flag on and off deed - only friends and allies could take the items as long as you are close (like items you dropped)

2. Butchering on deed should be added to the 'attack non-citizen' option on deed settings.

If you can initiate an attack, you can also buttcher and take the products. All or nothing.
