It is 29x29 tiles big, 14x14 north-south / east-west.Highlights include: All but 8 of the tiles on the entire deed are sowable. Most are flat. Will include 20 horses with purchase if desired. Can make modifications to the deed if desired. A high ql gold mine is located near the center of the deed. Other highlights include a 50 ql Gold altar to Fo, completely walled in, and 8s in the settlement's upkeep vaults.Looking for 30s.
