Too Much Snow

So, I like the snow.. around Xmas time.

However, the textures of snow aren't as appealing to me as the colored trees and grass.

I undersatnd the concept of wurm years running faster , but alot of the world never sees snow at all.

IMO, make snow every 5 or 6 Wurm winters, not every 3 or 4 weeks as it comes now.

Hate winter... it's not too bad if you can turn your graphics up, but lately I've had to play on crappy old comps and... well.... it doesn't look so great with minimal graphics.

I love the seasons features, but I'll wait on my final judgment.

Autumn is beautiful. The flowers and trees... the crickets at night... the ducks on the shore... so immersing! These things are unique. In games I play I usually don't see them. Most games are so detached and diffuse.

I have to shovel the white crap 5 months of the year... rather not bring that aspect of reality into my RnR time

Are you sure? And what about oil tubes filling for our lamps keeps lighting? That leading rope is invisible, but it is here now

In question of wurm winter and snow. It is great for hunting. Beasts can't camouflage, easy to spot means easy to kill or evade strong ones.

But winter is terrible for navigating, all hills and mountains looks the same, gray white.

Snow is nice but it would be better if it was easier to tell tiles apart when snow is on them - though unrealisitc, I don't like myc, grass and rock all looking the same.

I agree with some of the tiles in winter, it does become harder to tell from a distance which is which, my only problem with winter is it is basically a whitewash, all that lovely colour dissappears in an instant.

Let me know when to come out of my hole!

I used to dislike the Winters, it was just depressing, but now, there have been vast graphical improvements and changes to the Winter and it's one of my favorite seasons.

It only lasts barely over a week anyhow.
