Deed is located on the south east coast of Deliverance, 32x 46y on the community map.

Has tons of iron veins and a few silver veins (lots more prospected from above ground but not expanded mine to that part of deed yet). The mine entrance has a silver mine door. Inside the mine is 10 forges lined up to be able to smelt ore quickly.

Half the deed is sloped like you see on the screenshot, the other half is flat and consists mainly of some oak and willow trees atm, a 7x8 house with 3 beds, trader and a large magic chest, 4 forges, 8 coffins, 1 loom, 5 BSB's. There is also a 2x11 storage house with 11 BSB's and 77 tiles of enchanted grass besides the 122 tiles of enchanted grass on the sloped area. Mailbox (wooden) has a 82 courier cast. Entire deed is surrounded by palisades on 3 sides (water side is free)

Animals will follow the deed if you want, quite a lot of 4 and 5 speeds horses.

The deed is on the edge of the largest steppe on Deliverance, with around 30+ hell horses to be found daily.
