Posted July 4, 2012 Haven't actually used it but I suspect like most rare tools they are just a bit quicker and have the potential when Rolf overhauls the usefulness of rare items to do more. Maybe imping items with rare tools lower the chance of an imp fail or greater improvement gain - couldn't say, haven't got the time to investigate currently which is why I'm selling.It is what it is, if it sells, great, if it doesn't, it'll gather dust until some point in the future.
