Announcing The Opening Of The Blackflame Village Trade Quarter

After a few days of hard work, the Blackflame Village trade quarter is now finished and open for business. Located on Blackflame Island, the village is located near the center of Celebration (30x, 27y), though it is much closer to Tap Dance than the map shows:

It is unmistakable: a village on a small island. If you have ever sailed out of Tap Dance, you have seen it; if you have ever compared prices in Golden Market and Amish Paradise on a single trip, you have passed by it. It is the only swimmable point from Tap Dance to the southwest side of the main lake (provided you are not carrying your collection of rare rock shards). Blackflame Village is, therefore, located in the middle of busy waters.

Our trade quarter is visible to passing ships, having been built on the northern side of the island, facing Tap Dance. We already have a merchant ready to sell goods to visitors, but we also have a limited number of empty stalls awaiting your merchants:

We provide ample docking space, and our Guard Tower will ensure that you are allowed to conduct business in complete safety. And when the day's mercantile endeavours are done, why not stay at our cozy Blackflame Inn (foreground right in the following picture; the trade quarter is behind), offering beds at reasonable rates?

It looks very nicely done and your post is a welcoming one. I am thinking that it would be fun to own an island like that by deed and make the somewhat insulated landmass what you would like it to be. Quite close to Tap Dance as well, although I think the swim over would discourage non-sailors from traveling there. Best of luck in your endeavors.
