What do you buy off of Traders - Items that are player made

I would like to know what other people like to buy off of traders that is player made.

used to buy some random equipment, ropes, frying pans and other stuff which didnt have any quality requirements.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat.  If I'm out and about and forget something I need, I might drop in to the trader at the Shroud if it's closer.  Though they're not strictly player-produced (well, you could argue it either way) I find that folks seem to drop a lot of hides on Trader Hung... which is of course great for the aspiring leatherworker.

I wonder whether there's much difference between Landing trader inventories and Shroud trader inventories, actually.

Not really buy, But i regularly take a load of low QL armour and weapons and shields and all sorts i find lying around town to the landing traders and exchange for Gems above 10ql.. Helps out the village priests and helps the newbies at the same time.

I have done the same. you would be suprised how many people can use useless stuff... ;p

I myself like to buy rings off of traders (or trade for them) as you never know when you run into that random trader with  crap load of silver (haven't found one yet).  I would say hides are player produced because in my book - they are.  I once upgraded my Leather armor at a certain trader as a JK and was very disappointed when TONI walled it in.

I am very interested in finding out what more people like to buy (or trade) off of traders that players can create.

I have done the same. you would be suprised how many people can use useless stuff... ;p

like 9x 60ql chain jacket, or x3 chain coif 90+ aosp with mag shield ? I'm finding stuff like this

On a few occasions I bought pottery off the traders in NT since I've usually been too lazy to craft it myself.

I bought cloth once or twice for when I quickly needed to restore a sheet supply in my merchant, and I recall buying some odd items like a small chest, a scythe, and a few pieces of 1 QL armor (to imp myself).

Nothing that I really buy on a regular basis though.

Hmmm, these days I mostly sell to my town's trader for upkeep coins and buy from player's merchants... but before that, I used to pick up any good deals on tools, gems or raw lump I saw.

I once got a BOK for 1.5 silver from a trader ... was a steal - was like... 16 months ago .

Back then i was a complete noob and was contemplating whether or not it was worth it for like 10 min... hogging the trader . I only bought it cause the guy next to me, who i've told about the BOK, was so eager to buy it. hehe

I do sometimes buy items, cheap tools etc, bought a 53ql longbow for 1 copper once was a nice deal for me

What's interesting here is we've seen people buying jewellery with gems, and others buying gems with jewellery.  Lo and behold, the trader is useful for something other than just periodic draining!
