Song Of The Day (No Trolling, Just Music)

Recommended Posts

King Crimson has still got it after all these years.  Went to their concert last night.  Got to see them perform this song, which has always been one of my favorites.

Amazing, amazing, musicians.  I was a fan back in the 70s and went to many of their concerts,  and musically they haven't suffered in the least from the lineup changes over the years.  If anything, they've gotten better with age.  :)

And just because I'm in King Crimson mode today.  Epitaph from their first album In the Court of the Crimson King. Vocals by Greg Lake, (later of Emerson, Lake, and Palmer), who sadly died this last December, may he rest in peace.

I love the second song on this, from her upcoming album, called Let Me Go.  Stupid Jango link insists on scrambling the two songs & I can't figure out how to link just the one song. lol.  Actually I love both songs but especially wanted to link Let Me Go, so you may have to click Let Me Go or just listen to both.  :)  Went to see her perform last night. Great show.

Sadly, i've got some bad news if you've enjoyed this tune: I was not able to find any more content from this particular artist.

Spoiler

2,000 Man
Kiss
Well, my name it is a number
It's on a piece of plastic film
And I've been growin' funny flowers
Outside on my little window sill
And don't you know I'm a two thousand man
And my kids, they just don't understand me at all
You know, my wife still respects me
Even though I really misuse her
I am having an affair
With the random computer
But don't you know I'm a two thousand man
And my kids, they just don't understand me at all

I was trying to find the original Swedish version on YouTube, but found only the English one, so...
