Make deeded trees manageable

This idea was born from the Newtown renovation thread and the whole problem of deforestation that will inevitably occur there or any other largely populated area for that matter.

Put a 'Manage Trees'  option in deed management with options based on tree age.

-Cutting prohibited

-Cut any

-Cut mature, old, very old

-Cut old, very old

-Cut very old

Also a 'Who may cut trees?'

-Anyone

-Friends

-Villagers

etc...

A simple message like 'you may only cut very old trees' would be good

I like this idea. It'll be nice, especially for a place like NT, where somebody needs to control the cutting of young and mature trees so they grow to old and become useful.
