Lost -0.10 on all skill when I destroyed a house wall

Today i saw a noob house on wild server, 3 ql wooden wall.

I knocked it down with my sword and got a penalty instant -0.10 on all my skills.

Pretty annying to get all those stats back when i got 90 and 70 skill in many.

ive never heard of a penalty like that before  ouch!

Ya i Asked around, that penalty shouldnt have happen.

I am a vynora follower, but i unclicked the lawful and faithful button.

Each stroke i got a text message "You feel bad about this" or similiar.

Here is a screenshot i took now on my skills, i worked hard to get my wc,mining and digging back allready.

It's because you knocked down a house of the same kingdom, i've had it before, it's awful. There's another message you can get which lowers your reputation.

Last I heard about it was that it was removed and that you only lose faith, but I guess it's still in.
