6 fps on ultra low settings - looks like you need an all around upgrade my friend :D

Integrated on board graphics... Dell Inspiron 1545, causes me to have refresh lags all the time...3 second refresh lag when i try to right click on something to open,target, action, etc

could be part of it. But the ATI and OpenGL thing is well known, ATI has by far the worst OpenGL drivers/support. And in this case it was only a problem with ATI cards  ::)

have seen the ground like that but not the spikes with intel on board.

best chance is to load the latest drivers for the card/board.

hope you get in fixed.

Intel driver bug. Changing or updating those drivers sometimes helps

Wurm on an ati x1950 pro a few years ago

No driver change or setting fiddle (including catalyst ai) fixed it, wurm just didn't like it or it didn't like wurm. I also had polkadot textures sometimes, imagine playing with that
