Update all your intel graphics drivers (but may as well check all drivers while you're about it) - should solve it. I had the issue on my work laptop until I decided to do something about it. I just googled 'update intel drivers' and found a link to a piece of software that checked all my intel drivers and told me what I needed to update, and even gave links to do it. I can't remember where it was, or what the program was, but it solved the problem and was really easy.
