Posted October 15, 2011 Allows a person to cut gems, so they can be used for fine jewelry. when cutting, they have a chance (Depending on ql of chisel, and the gem, and Gem cutting skill of a person) to either 1. Increase in ql by a bit (Only usable ONCE per gem) Or 2. Improve the favor per quality ratio to 1.5 for non-star gems, and to 3 for star gems (higher fail chance for star gems) Along with this, can now be used to create Fine Jewelry, which has currently no use (no idea what to make it for.) Perhaps blessing fine jewelry by one of the gods will give it a tiny bonus in something (Blessed diamond Amulet by mag = small hit chance increase? if by fo crop harvest increase?)
